Michael P. Cudlipp, Esq.

Michael P. Cudlipp served as a US Marine and is an experienced litigator in civil actions including contracts, engineering issues and insurance law. After graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in civil engineering he opted to work in the business world of development, construction and engineering rather than pure engineering design. Michael has been in his own construction business in Saudi Arabia as well as being a developer and contactor in Florida and North Carolina.

Later in life, he attended and graduated from St. Thomas School of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar, where he is a member in good standing.

His business experience in construction, construction litigation and general contracting in various countries have given to him a broad understanding of people and their disputes in this field and how to resolve them. Real estate transactions and foreclosure defense was the core of the original law firm which evolved into helping people file insurance claims for their homes or businesses when they weren’t properly compensated by their insurance carriers.

Kevin E. Cudlipp, Esq.

Kevin E. Cudlipp is a litigator and patent attorney who also practices in appellate courts. He graduated from Amherst College where he was an athlete, joined Delta Kappa Epsilon, and received his Bachelor’s Degree. He studied Physics and Geology and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Geology in 2008 from Amherst.

Besides being a scientist he was private tutor for the Princeton Review where he developed exceptional presentation skills which serves the firm and our clients well in the Courtroom.

Kevin attended St. Thomas University Law School on a Merit Scholarship for all three years. Kevin rose to the top of his class and remained on the Dean’s List every semester and was also an active member of the Moot Court Board and a leader of the Intellectual Property and Cyber law Society. Besides booking numerous courses including, Intellectual Property, Evidence, and Legal History, Kevin successfully represented St. Thomas University Law School at the Patently Impossible Project earning 1st place in 2012.

Kevin earned a Certificate of Environmental Justice along with his Juris Doctor with honors in 2014.

Since graduation, Kevin promptly passed the Florida Bar and has been successfully litigating property insurance, foreclosure and personal injury cases. He has also practiced in appellate court in Florida in these same legal fields.

Kevin is a member of the Florida Bar and a US Registered Patent Attorney. He is licensed to practice anywhere in the United Sates as a Patent Attorney and he also maintains his license in the District of Columbia.

Accordingly, Kevin handles most of the cases outside South Florida as well as our Federal Patent, Copyright and other intellectual property cases, focusing in patent and trademark searches, applications, portfolio protection and patent litigation counseling.
